Our next club meeting is March 30. That is the same day as
the San Dimas Stage Race. This is a great opportunity to watch some of our local
talent in a criterium bicycle race. (very cool to watch impressive bike handling
in a crowded peleton & race tactics!!). We will be out to watching the races and
will have a short meeting after their completion (approximately 4:30 PM). We
will be camped out at Civic Center Park, right next to the San Dimas Sr. Center,
where we had our Ironman Party. Look for our EZ ups.

Directions/Parking: From 57 FWY, eastbound on Arrow Highway. Turn north onto
Walnut and follow
signs. All parking is EAST OF COURSE:

 

We have been working on some new club running shirts.
Attached is the artwork. I think everyone will really like the new design. The shirts are a coolmax type material. They will be available in either short or long sleeve.

3 versions of the shirt will be made:
A general club shirt
A special "Team Ironman Az 2008" shirt
A special "Team Ironman Austria 2008" shirt

These will be great shirts for training or for hanging out after a race.They will also make your spectators a lot easier to spot as you go flying by.

We need to act fast to get the shirts in time for Ironman Arizona so let me know if you are interested, what style, and how many you want.Please pass the word to your friends who don't read the e-mails very often.
